Service Level Definitions

The Illinois Campus Cluster Program Service Level Definitions (SLDs) define the conditions under which all Campus Cluster resources and services are provided. Investors and customers in the Illinois Campus Cluster Program must sign the signature pages to assure they have read, understand, and accept the terms and provisions of the Overall Program, Compute Node Investment, Storage Investment, Research Computing as a Service, and Research Storage as a Service as described in the SLDs below:
