Status Updates and Notices
There are two scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) windows in May and December, every year, to perform system updates and upgrades. These PMs will be announced to users, via email, at least 2 weeks in advance; the announcements will include information about timing and system impact.
In addition to the two PMs, Radiant may take interactive interface outages no more than once a month. These outages will not impact running instances or sites but will not allow users to edit their instances or admin to Radiant via the web or API interfaces. These interactive interface outages will be announced to users, via email, at least 1 week in advance; the announcements will include information about timing and impact.
